OVERVIEW

Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving day-to-day account management, fostering mutual trust and developing great relationships with clients and Agency functional teams. You should drive the business to success and grow nominated accounts by working strategically with clients across the entire business. Also drive day-to-day collaboration with a cross functional team which can include executives, project managers, creative team and specialists across the region.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery as well as contributing towards account planning and digital strategy (in conjunction with Strategist, where applicable)

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing client meetings and presentations

Maintain a focus on the short-term project and business deliverables, concurrent with a firm understanding of client’s long-term strategic goals and ROI objectives.

Be involved in contributing towards the post campaign analysis and may have to deliver presentations to clients on campaign effectiveness and ROI

Work with AAD/ AD to maintain the integrity of the client’s brand and communication strategies throughout all executions. Use market research to evaluate, adjust, and redirect tactical implementation as necessary and/or appropriate

Master and maintain vast knowledge of clients’ business, competition, latest industry news and trends; confer with client, utilizing product knowledge and research, to determine marketing goals and budget limitations

Work with Account Team seniors to define and communicate the client’s brand and communication strategies to the internal project team

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in an account management in agency environment

Strong interactive background a must

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude to thrive in a collaborative agency environment

Proven experience in day-to-day management of client relationships and internal teams (media, social, creative, tech and project management)

Excellent communication in Mandarin and English

OVERVIEW

Creative Director is responsible for providing industry expertise and leadership to ensure consistent, compelling execution of client’s brand messaging. You will oversee planning, creation of digital and offline experiences and presentation such that it fulfils clients’ stated business and marketing goals.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and manage strong senior client relationships (manage expectations, communications, escalation, etc.) and ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle

Drive strategic creative initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals

Lead the overall solution quality of the project

Establish relationship framework for the relationship in collaboration with the client

Lead or co-lead all Creative work (multiple sub domains) in the development of a quality solution for a small-to-large size project

Track progress according to the plan created for the project, and report status to the broader engagement leadership

Collaborate with the PM to make changes to design plans, staffing levels, or deliverables as required throughout the course of the project

Determine and document tone and voice for project/engagement (e.g. web site, campaign) and sells ideas to clients

Work closely with account, media, research and strategic planning teams to formulate appropriate overall creative strategy for a project or client

Act as SME to both internal and client teams with proven results

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree required

Expertise in Art, deep understanding of multi-disciplines of design, online marketing, website, packaging

At least 9 years’ relevant experience in an advertising, marketing or digital environments

Must have prior experience of having worked as a Creative Leader for at least 3 years

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships

Proven leadership ability and creative excellence

Good at establishing & managing client relationships

Excellent Presentation skills both in English and Mandarin

OVERVIEW

Group Head Copywriter is responsible for managing the overall copywriting efforts for a specific client(s). Also managing other copywriters in their overall efforts to research, conceptualize, write, proofread and edit original content and digital experiences.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Write, edit, post, and proof content and copy

Communicate with team leads to coordinate concept, copy, interface, graphic design and navigational structure of project with functional aspects

Work with the team to develop digital media experiences that exceed client goals, carry out the creative vision, and fulfill Marketing & Strategy's mission

Actively seek out and help define new creative possibilities for client engagements, from rich media ad units and social media programs, to original video scripts and digital signage

Assist in leading, developing and growing the copy/content team

Disciplinary focus on developing compelling creative within interactive communications ranging from websites to online media

Serve as lead in communicating and presenting copy to internal teams and clients

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE      

1、Bachelor’s degree required

3、At least 7 years of copywriting or editorial experience in advertising or marketing environments
